Thanks to all the hard work of the Friends of the HBMLibrary and everyone involved, the new Storybook Trail located along the walking path in Westwood Park is almost ready for its Grand Opening! Click on the banner above to add this event to your calendar!
What is a Storybook Trail? It is a trail that displays pages from a children's book along a path so that people can read the story as they walk. The first story to be featured in the Friend's trail is "Flora's Very Windy Day" by Jeanne Birdsall.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony along with goodie bags for the kids, and a walk along the trail as we read along with one of the HBMLibrary Staff!
